REDS Opportunities

We represent international financial group, in South America, for granting loans, under special conditions, to finance large projects, especially in strategic sectors of infrastructure, heavy construction, shipbuilding, oil and gas, electric energy, and other. So we seek business opportunities and projects that require large funding, of US$ 1 billion to $ 35 billion.

We represent Brazilian group, of the energy sector, interested in selling two small hydro (2.5 MW and 14 MW), both in operation, and with financial returns in excess of 10% per year. Base price: equivalent to US$ 5.7 million / MW installed.

We represent Brazilian company, of the energy sector, interested in a strategic partner for the construction and operation of two TPP (thermal power plant, at gas) of 500 MW designed in modular system, with planned expansion to up to 1500 MW each. Both projects with expected return of 16% per year, and investment equivalent to US$ 1.2 million / MW installed.

We represent other Brazilian companies of technology, interested in developing cost-effective energy efficiency projects (LED and Smart Grid), sewage treatment, solid waste and recyclables.

Engineer, Manager and Consultant Marcus Vinicius Parpinelli

Professional with multidisciplinary experience, specialized in the management of companies, projects and engineering services, and business and highly complex contracts in various areas. This experience was formed over more than thirty years of works carried out responsibly and successfully in Brazil and also in other countries.

From March 1994 to May 2012, as chief executive of the REDS, was responsible for directing and carrying out major projects and consultancies, and total management (technical, operational and financial) of major contracts for engineering services, mainly in the sectors of energy (electrical, nuclear, oil and gas), infrastructure (special projects, basic sanitation and PAC) and environmental and sustainability (TAC). Even in the period December 2005 to July 2011, participated in the restructuring of the engineering company "ECONTEP", accumulating the position of Chief Operating in the same, and commanding a workforce of over 1000 direct employees, to provide services to large customers in the Brazilian market, among which are: "PETROBRAS", "ELETROBRAS", "ELETRONUCLEAR“ and "BAHIAGÁS".

Before March 1994, participated directly in managing the development and expansion of the British consulting company "MACKENZIE HILL" in South America (Rio de Janeiro, Sao Paulo, Buenos Aires and Santiago), the restructuring of the consulting firm "MARKA PARTICIPAÇÕES“ (subsidiary of Banco Marka), and major engineering projects and developments (residential, commercial and industrial) that after enabled (technical, economic and financial) were implanted in Brazil and other countries.
