A new trader of energy, BBCE, went into operation and has held its first negotiations on the free market of electricity.
The BBCE will compete with the BRIX (other great trader of energy) in the purchase and sale of electricity, between trading agents and consumers, and it estimates negotiate 1500 MW an average per month in their first semester of operation.
