Finalmente, a razoabilidade alcançou os governadores dos estados brasileiros não produtores de petróleo. Eles já se reuniram para negociarem com os governadores do Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo e Espírito Santo e pretendem aceitar a proposta anterior que estava amparada pelo veto da Presidente.
Se os nossos deputados e senadores não são razoáveis, alguém teria que ser... Parabéns aos governadores brasileiros, pela lição.
Finally, the reasonability has achieved the governors of Brazilian states not oil producers. They have already met to negotiate with the governors of Rio de Janeiro, Sao Paulo and Espirito Santo and intend to accept the previous proposal that was supported by the President's veto.

O potencial de expansão dos investimentos externos para os próximos anos está sendo ampliado pelo empenho do governo brasileiro em atrair novos investidores estrangeiros para o pacote de concessões de US$ 235 bilhões em infraestrutura. Há uma enorme lacuna de investimentos em infraestrutura e o interesse da Presinente de preenchê-la, o quanto antes, aproveitando a grande oferta de recursos sem destino de outros países, que podem devem vir para o Brasil. Na última década, o Brasil subiu 11 posições no ranking dos destinos globais de investimentos estrangeiros diretos. Em 2003, o País era o 15º destino e no ano passado, passou a ser o 4º, só atrás de Estados Unidos, China e Hong Kong.
